Our Policy
"We will ship to all states in which it is legal for us to do so. If your state cannot be shipped to directly, you will be notified upon confirming your order. As the law changes regularly on this topic, we will let you know when you call if we cannot ship to you. Please contact us by e-mail or call 1-607-546-5300 for information on shipping to your state.
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine. By placing an order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving you are 21 years old. Catharine Valley Winery is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility. By placing an order with Catharine Valley Winery, you are stating to us that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages."
